Default Favorite old lures you just can't get rid of.

Hey guys. The other day i came across an old lure that I used a lot in my teens. I found it in a discount bin at Bog Lots in the mid 90's. I think I paid all of fifty cents for it. It is a no name, very cheap, jerkbait in a rainbow trout finish, and not a very good one either...

But it was a fish catcher! I must have taken 50 or more bass with it, many over 5lbs. I don't know what it was about this lure but the fish here tore it up, literally. I lost the last fish that ever hit it because the back hook hold rip clean out. Even before that the lip came out, had to super glue it back in. It has cracks at every lug, and it would take on so much water after about an hour that it wouldn't float anymore, it suspended about six inches under the surface.

I still love this lure, and keep it around, even though it will never catch another fish.

Do you guys have any lures like this that you just can't part with?
