Homemade Salsa... and a few lessons learned.
I made some salsa last night for the first time and I learned a few things.
1. Fresh tomatoes are the way to go. 2. Too much Cilantro is a bad thing. 3. Jalapeños aren't that hot (I had never eaten a raw one before) 4. Jalapeños still burn like he!! if you get them in your eyes!  BB P.S. That smiley isn't winking. He's closing his eye screaming, "Holy @#%#^, that #@%@$^% burns!!! I shoulda washed my hands a few more times!!! $%@#ing jalapeños!!"
