Default a bad wrap

So I get back from the lake - fishin not so hot. Get the boat all unhooked and put the TM in the back to put in the garage. Not thinking, I pull into the garage with the rear (SUV class) hatch open and BAM - take out the rear glass!!! crap.

Thanks Bama....Just wasn't thinking about it until the crash and the sound of falling glass pellets. Insurance should cover the cost and I gave myself a stern talikin to. So far the insurance glass sub-contractor has been good and setup an appointment with an auto glass shop - should be replaced tomorrow - oh well, "stuff" happens.

We keep stick-ems in the vehicle when we go on trips. I hear a luggage carrier on a Yukon will do some serious damage to a carport. Sorry about your misfortune though.

This is one reason I always push the boat back the final 3-4 feet into the garage by human power. I have a nice 20-pitch prop size dent in the back wall of my garage as a reminder. It just so happens to be right next to my water heater.

Well it's all fixed now to the tune of 6 bills covered by insurance - don't wanna be fer doing that again anytime soon!
