Default My Fishing season over

Hey Fellas; Financial concerns had me selling my boat and all that goes with it and rods, reels and all my hard baits. Sometimes things just suck, and I am grateful I had a way to fall back on. My life is good, and i know many out there are having a hard time, my season is offically over. I hope things get better in the spring. I woke up this morning , so I am still wining

That sucks, Dom.

However, things will turn up again eventually. Think what fun you will have with the bait monkey when that happens.

So sorry to hear this. This economy has done a lot of damage, but it sounds like you have the best possible outlook on it. Hang in there.

Thanks fellas, trying to save a house. I still have a job, it's for someone close to me. Sympathy is appreciated, but not whatI am looking for. This person is close to me, is actually a wonderful thing to be able to help. Sometimesyou gotta put fishing into perspective.

Thanks dawg! I have been blessed in so many ways. 18 years ago I was given a 2nd chance in life, with the support of many. In these 18 years I have had to step to the plate for others, whcih is the true blessing in life, Family and friends. Next spring me and the monkey will be dancing agin.
I have 2 days out with my friends, so I will get 2 more days on the water, before it freezes, something you dont know nuttin bout Bama

hahahaha, well it DOES freeze where i am in BAMA my friend. we don't get the snow like you guys but we do get some. the cold here is different thatn up there. here the cold is a wet cold. ol bender says it is harder to deal with here than up north. feels colder to him. we had one of the hardest winters in a very long time last year. i hate winter.........HATE it. hahaha.

no our water don't freeze on the lakes, but it is too cold for me to go fishing.
