Hey John, just got back this evening. Hope the kid played well. Looks like the Tide got the scare today! Glad they pulled this one out.

well heath didn't get to start like he thought he would. seems the starter was "sick" towards the end of the last game (yeah..rightttt). they lost that game see. BUT he did play alot. he did great too. his man never touched the ball carrier while heath was in the game. he plays strong guard, and at 5'9" 215#, benching over 250# heath is a STRONG guy. stays with his man throughout the play. hayden lost the game 42-32. but was on a come back and ran outta time. was down 42-12 at one point. just not enough time. some bad play calling by our coach, and a couple of misstakes by the team too. but hayden wil be good in a year or two. i'll keep ya'll posted on his performance.
heath is playing the same postion i played way back when, and i am telling you he is WAAAYYYY ahead of me when i was a senior. and he is just a sophmore. just hope he grows a little more height. if he can get to 6'2" he is gonna be something to see. very proud of his game, told him so too. hope he does good the rest of the year. his B-team hasn't lost a game i don't think.but the team that beat them last night is in the top 10 in the state in their division. so it wasn't a bad loss in my opion.

Sounds like he's got a very promissing future playing football! Wouldn't it be cool to see him with the Tide! He definately sounds like a strong kid.

well if he wants to play for the team he will need ot grow about 6 more inches and gain about 100 more pounds, hahaha. man it owuld be awesum though. he is strong keith......NATURAL strentgh too. but he lacks one thing, MEANNESS. he nees to be MORE aggressive. we try to tell him that too. soft spoken.........kind. and never boasts. we should've picked at him more as a little kid. lol. maybe in a year or 2 we can change this some.
