Trap nobody will be able to say what will work for sure. I'm like what, 2 hours South of you? I've been catching them on tubes, spinnerbaits, rattletraps, and crankbaits. My buddy wore them out on senkos the other day. Try a spinnerbait first. It'll let you cover alot of water. Find em then fine tune.

buzzbait might work, spinnerbait or rat-l-trap would be good choices. If you have real clear water, a pink floating worm should be good shallow. Good luck ;D

I'd throw a craw and jerkbait, havent had a fish on the spinnerbait all week, most of my fish are caught on the bank to 10 ft out in 3-5 ft of water
I love the spinner dinner, but havent had one even swipe at it.
Have seen some on the rat L trap, but i'd still go with a tube or crawdad critter type IMO

As always its nice to hear people just going out trying to figure the pattern than arm chair theories from people that only go out when the bite is on~ a real sportsman goes out regardless of conditions

Forget that spinner bait in lower 50's water temp. Wacky rig a pink zoom trick worm (weightless) and slow action work structure 5-10 ft, off the bank. Bet you money you get more action than a chartureuse, or white spinner bait regaurdelss of blades.

atleast you caught a fish. just cause you dont get it all the way up doesnt mean you didnt catch it. atleast you got the fight. you have to relax next time you go out, just fish. dont worry about catchin fish. this has happened to me before, i was trying so hard to catch a fish, and i didnt. slow it down, fish, relax, and have fun. you will get a fish, and believe you will get a fish. but dont go crazy trying to get one, slow down and relax. the fish will come.i would go back to what catched you fish before, and remember anything can be used in cold water, just slow it down. i would go back to the craw, then the spinnerbait slowly around weeds and timber. use what your confident in, and fish it. again, the most important thing to do is slow it down, and relax. have fun.

Trap what color of Yum were you using? If you aren't using green pumpkin or some kind of green I would switch over to that color if you got it. I would also say FLUKES. The water temps are rising, and the fish will be feeding. So what do they feed on where you are fishing? Baitfish, and crawdads for this time of year. But don't forget the Lizard. I went from 1 week of 0 fish to the next week of 20+. Just get ready and hold on ;D

Ain't it funny. I only live a couple hours south of ya Trap. Today I was prefishing for a tourny. Started out throwing my beloved Green punkin tube. Nothin. Switched to a black spinnerbait caught 2 keepers. I had to check to see if they would hit the red trap, sure enough caught a pretty good one (3.5-4lbs). Gonna bust anotherone on that trap for sure then the Trolling motor cable broke > Down side. I lost valuable practice time. Up side. I got a starting point for next trip. At least I caught some fish. And it was my buddies boat we were in so it ain't gonna cost me $50 for a steering cable ;D

buzzbait or a spinnerbait but the calm water kinda hurts those so u might also try a finesse worm

here ya go trap
if the water is clear with a sunny day go with all sliver blades on a spinner bait. stained to muddy/thick on a sunny day i choose to use a brass or gold blade or a combo blade color depends on just how stained the water and/or the cloud cover is. of course the prefured time is a combo color blade set up in clear water with wind blowing and full over cast cloud cover . but that is imo .
