It would be great to see more from Shimano. I think they had a very strong presence this past year at ICAST. The 50E and Caenan were both introduced, and have been received with mixed reviews. I fail to understand why Shimano will not answer the demand for a Curado in a 6.3:1 ratio, it's not like they have to develop tooling or anything, all they need to do is assemble and sell. One other thing I would love to see them correct/address, they used a plastic dragstar or the new Curado 50E. When you purchase a Curado, you and expecting a high quality reel, the use of a plastic drag star does not live up to the standards of the Curado and cheapens its reputation. I look forward to seeing whats new with Shimano in 2011.
