I will be a #*&^%@$#&##! Someone stole the rod that I bought from you. I used that rod everyday and I have been on the water 5+ days a week for the last month and half. I have a particular use for that rod. Not that they would know but they left 30+ other loomis combos etc and only took that.
Happy birthday and if I can't get it back I will be begging you to build me another. God I hate my stuff messed with. They really had to go out of thier way but I did leave it on the deck with a few others. The only stop I made was for gas and I was in and out of the station in no time. Before anyone says anything, no I dont leave rods on the deck when trailering. this was the first stop right at the top of the ramp. In cold weather we call get the boat on the trailer and go straight to the station and tie down secure etc. We are talking maybe 1/3 of a mile..... |

Thanks guys!!...Means alot to me....Yea Im on day 3 of my 5 day vacation...Just taking it easy and catching up on house work,rods,etc....Its been in the 60's so hopefully I can get more fishing in!...We took the canoes in the creek yesterday morning to hit the crappie run...Paddled half a mile to the brushpiles..Sandbass had already started coming in,so we were catching crappie and sandbass from 9am-2pm consistently...Most were small scouts but we managed 10 keeper fish for a nice fry....Good times!...Battling sandbass on my 5'6'' ultra lite is a blast!
Bob that ****ing sucks about the rod=(....hopefully you can get it back.Put the word out to local pawnshops ,forums,and check nearby craigslist ads...I have several pictures of that rod if you need them...And thats the only rod I hand signed..So Identifying it wont be hard at all....Man that pisses me off too bud!..Sorry it happened to you. Well guys Im off for the day...I got a Christmas tree to take down and a bottle of whiskey to make gentle love to...This is my one day,that I kind of let my guard down.Ill be safe,though. I got it back!!!! The good Lord is looking out for me. The clerk at the store said it was left in the mensroom. Sounds like someone got cold feet and knew I would find them. I don't care just happy to get it back. I did not think I was ever going to see that PERFECT rod again. I want to order up 3-4more but will do it end of the month. Got a brand new boat to pay for this month.
