Tyrant couldnt fish.He would always get pissed when he couldnt catch. He nearly threw me into the bayou when i caught one he missed.

All that aside,i think fishing is the greatest thing ever.I love just seeing the pelicans.Seeing the waves.Setting the hook on a giant trout. It suthes the savage beast

thats what we use most of the time. we let it drift. but the only trout i have caught have been on a red jig head and white with red tail grub. theres something about artificials. i just dont like waiting, i'd rather be throwin and reelin, throwin and reelin. but i always put a shrimp out and then put it in the rod holder and start with the artificials. i also accadentily snagged a stingray with the jig.

Tip:When using the sgrimp, pop like a topwater plug.It causes the shrimp to make an action.Deadly

ya, i do that with a type of popper that is made for that exact thing. i will either use shrimp or the jig on it. alot of times i dont bobber the jig and use regular saltwater bobbers for the shrimp.
