Name that crank
I know that I have asked you guys to play this game before, but so far TW and BPS searches have not helped me.
this is a crank bait that I found late last year. Any by found I mean it was wrapped in a tree while the water was low. Being the frugal guy that I am I considered it mine and tossed it into the back of the boat. After a while I ended up tying it on just to get an estimate on depth and action. In my testing it went on to land a couple of fish. At the time I thought, hmmm, maybe I should get some of these. Well I never did and never figured out what it was. The scales are cut into the bait. The bait is white with one painted dot. The eyes are more detailed then most of my cranks. As always, the price for winning this game is a hearty "that a boy" and my thanks.

From the top it looks like one of the Damiki DC crankbaits but from the side I have no clue.

That is actually a very good crankbait for the price. I think a lot of people overlook the Bass Pro brand stuff because of the lack of a brand name.

I've got the same thing different color. I know it's a BPS brand crank, I don't think they make it no more though. I got it in a BPS bargain bin last year. I think it's an Bass pro XTS brand. it Defects off wood well, and works good it murky water btw.
Crap, looks like walker beat me to the punch! |
