![]() If you gotta gander around, buy some of there plastics. You can find ones that gotta gamikatsu jig head in 'em. They're perfect. Check the jig tying video on the home page out, it helped my allot with the technique. As far as materials, I just use sewing thread (yo can get it from wall mart) to get the hair on, and a little bit of super glue to make it stick. Make sure you make a few wraps BEFORE you wrap the hair on. It helps it hold for sure, and just makes the warping process easier. I don't have a thing to hold the hook for me (what ever they're called) but it helps for sure. Is it necessary? Definitely not. It just takes a little more practice is all.

Bryan and I did a video all about tying hair jigs for bass. I think you'll find a lot of info on supplies and where you can get them...

I make my own jigs whether they have silicone, living rubber, or hair skirts. Hair is my least favorite to make though because it tends to be more of a pain to work with. You can buy the stuff to do it at a lot of sites online. Jannsnetcraft, Barlows, and Staminainc are all places to get the stuff.

Bearsden is another good place to go. I'm not sure if they have jigheads or not, but they have a great selection of materials.
