Default Daiwa price increase

Better get your Daiwa reels now, looks like they have started raising prices.

Yup, Zillions for 220, Steez for 540 at BPS right now. not sure about the other reels though.

Daiwa's gonna price them self out of business sooner or later. Who want to spend the extra 40 bucks on a zillion when it the same price as a revo premier a year ago!

MGX and Core will probably get more customers too.

Yeah, and it's killing me...

I don't know if plain old price hikes are better or worse than what Shimano did. Essentially, it's the same thing though I guess.

I like Daiwa reels, but I can't say loudly enough how over-priced they are. It's a racket.

If I said it once, I said it 100 times. It's just like a Coke, as long as we keep buying, they will keep raising until we break and refuse to shell out for it. And then they will have a super sale and hear the dog and pony show about how they are giving them away hahahaha.
