FMSC event

I just got back from volunteering at a 2-hour shift for a "Mobile Pack" event here in our community for Feed My Starving Children. We had 128 volunteers at this our shift and we packed 28,296 meals to be distributed via the FMSC organization. There are 6 shifts total for today and tomorrow and our overall goal is to pack 150,000 meals to be sent out. It was an awesome experience and I have goosebumps as I type this message to share with you guys.

Now I'm headed out to make the 2-hour drive down to IA to visit my parents and do some fishing with my dad tomorrow. Fishing has taken on a whole new perspective after what we learned and saw at the food-packing event about starvation around the world.
