Next time you go for a walk in a dog park (or wherever there are people) take a Pith Helmet or a Cowboy hat with you. When you come upon a big fresh, hot, steaming pile of dog shi* put your hat over it, keep your hand on top of it and hunker down with an excited look on your face and begin hollering for help. When someone volunteers to help you, tell them that you have managed to recapture your pet(insert whatever works for you) and you desperately need them to grab it very quickly the moment you lift the hat. Explain to them that this animal is extremely fast, fast as lightening so they must grab it immediately. Some salesmanship required-you can do it. Now when you snatch the hat away shout Grab it!--when they pounce on the aforementioned steaming pile you just exclaim "Damn he's done SHI+ an run"

....my son actually pulled similar trick on ME.

My boy's 26 with to kids, then they were 5-Carson, 7-Kieonna.
Pet RAT(Ferritt) got out of cage, kids chasing rat running everywhere, crazy scene. Big house rats got alot of hiding places and everytime one the kids would see it, all heck would break out again, most of you have been there, seen that

,. Backyard is fenced and rabbit proofed. No, not to keep Rabbits out but to keep Rabbits in! (have you ever heard of a crazier thing,if you feel they should run free...then free them

Two grandkids are on the back porch, both of them tightly holding a mixing bowl down on the porch. Boy makes up some excuse why I have to catch the Rat. So I without hesitation and relieved that this nightmare was soon to be over jumped right in 'Papa to save the day'!.........Well you all know the rest of the story.

I've never seen a 4 year old laugh so hard in all my life! To this day, if he see's a dog taking a dump he has to tell the story of 'Papa picking up dog crap'. And then He'll laugh and laugh like it just happened. I forgot to mention, my boy breeds "Great Pyrenees'.
Moral:Be carefull who you teach to have a great sense of humor!
