Banquet Monkey
Our end of the year banquet is held the third week in Feb and all prize money and other prizes are handed out at this time. Got a $50 gift card to LBF so the monkey got me last week.......I really didn't put up a fight.
Since I lost my topwater box last fall I figured I'd start the rebuilding process but really didn't see much I liked. I did get a couple Pop R's in colors that looked good online. Picked up a couple new color 2.5's (which are nice). Finally picked up some line and hooks. $50 didn't last long and I didn't realize free shipping over $50. Probably could have picked up another bait or two..... Anybody use this line before? Thoughts? |

Supposed to sink quicker than regular mono like fluoro does. Figured I'd test it out. Needed some 10lb test and it was on sale. Highly rated on the site too.

Nice haul. I've never used the Deep Cranking line but I like Sufix Elite and Siege a lot. I'm sure the DC will be good line too.

fwiw I used the DC in #12 all last year and can't think of anything bad to say about it. Casts a mile....super slick like all sufix...haven't looked up the specs but it seems to be lots stronger than the stated #, after a month or two I felt confident really leaning on it.

Thanks. Looking forward to playing with the new toys.
I'll make sure I post about the line when I get a chance to play with it. I may get out on the 17th but work schedule can change daily so I may not. |

Thats a nice haul you have there. I can't see anything I wouldn't want. Sooo, if you decide there is something you really don't want, let me know.

I'm with Jrob on this one. If the DC is anything like Elite or Siege, you will be happy with it.

Shipping does get in the way of giving stuff I don't want or use away. But I have flea markets that I use to make a little $....which typically ends up being spent on some new baits.
Setting up a little swap page would be interesting...... |

Looks like a pretty good haul!
Never used deep crankin, but I've heard good things about it for sure!

Bama - It's a done deal but I just haven't been able to box it up and ship it to you. Shipped out a bunch of product last month and had to pay for product sold at shows so I've been a little lean the past two weeks. I'll get it to you....
