Had to wait on the right tide and it paid huge today. First three hours and no fish caught. But I went to a spot that was way back in the woods and we found many LGMouth with dark backs and four nice Potomac Pike. Lost four Potomac Pike also. Broke a hook in half and three buried so deep they got off. So enjoy the pics..

Good all around day. What's the best way to prepare snakeheads? Fried, grilled or baked? Please say ALL THREE!! I really want to try one, I've heard how good they are and I love eating fish.

They are like sweet flounder. No wrong way to cook them except with skin on..
![]() I like them grilled with sprinkle of Tony Cachere and some olive oil. Capt Mike

Mike, I hope some day I can drive out there and spend a few days with you on the Patomic fishing for snakeheads and bass. Mainly snakeheads. I've caught my share of bass but never a snakehead. I'm really itch'n to get into a bunch of those!
