Like a sheet of glass out there today

Its getting hot again, today there was hardly any breeze at all until about 11. I tried the jitterbug once again, sooner or later something will hit it and I'll gain some confidence...
I started throwing the Yum bushhog, still dont like the way the bait slides down the hook every 10 minutes or so, finally pulled one out of some timber, seemed like a dink compared to yesterdays hog, but still a keeper,
I then fished a drop off , keeping the bait in about 9 feet of water, went to a craw looking grub and started picking up some bass.
Got about 7 all together, a couple on the tikki but most wanted the short grub today 8)
