I bet a ton of those cars will end up in Pa. I know a lot of the used car lots around Pittsburgh have out of state cars and I've run across some "water" cars. That is unbelievable how many cars are damaged.

There was a big influx of flood cars in my area after Katrina. Who in the world would ever want to buy a 2001 Camry (or whatever kind of car) that's been flooded with salt water? The only way it would be worth it is if it was a '69 Camaro or something equally valuable, where a restorer could take it down to the bare frame, redo everything from the ground up, and still be able to get his money out of it. Salt water is death to electronics.

alot of these are great for people up nirth. form what i saw they buy these cars to use during the winter months when the road depts put out salt on the road. salt will ruin a car as we all know, so they buy these for work cars. then when it rusts too much, they scrap em. at least this is what i saw in chicago years ago.they jsut use em as work cars.
