Default you can't...

You can't help but feel for aaron martens. I mean three second place finishes, I'd be happier finishing in 20th or something just so I wouldn't be so close. That just plain sucks.

I dont know, I dont really care for Aaron Martens, he is a good fisher though.

I felt worse for IKE. The crowd really liked him. The Super Six all had a great chance to win. It looked like the hooksets weren't hard enough from Martens. I guess he felt pretty bad himself. Ahh, the one that got away. That's fishing.

Why feel sorry for Ike, just cause he's a crowd favorite and din't win the classic doesn't mean anything. I mean, at least he's already got a classic win under his belt. Martens problem wasn't that he set the hook too hard or anything, the line was just too light. He was probably using about 4lb test for that drop-shot rig, ultra finnesse. Btoken lines do come with finnesse fishing. You've just got to be willing to lose one fish for everyone that you get, and sometimes when the bite is tough, that is the best option you have.

i dont feel sry for a fishermen not doing good. thats why their pros they are supposed to know where the fish might be, but u always have to remeber theres always someone better then u.

he needs better hooks lol. after you loose that many fish i would try a bigger better hook. but maybe thats why hes there and im sitting here just wishing i could be there. the classic is to serious to take lightly.
