Time to replace the bearings, I've got the outer ones out easily but I havent figured out for sure the inner bearings. Am I supposed to punch out the back race?

just punch the inside one out,,,,but if the front one came out easy without you having to punch it out your hub may be worne,,,,the race can spin inside the hub,,and you will be in big trouble,, you should have to drive them out,,,,,,,cookie

Thanks cooks, I was able to replace one set of bearings today. I actually mispoke in my previous post, I meant to ask how to remove the seal on the back and not the race...after I knew I was supposed to punch it out it was easy, but the races took a good long time for both so there's no doubt the hub is tight.

Just punch the seal out. You should replace it anyway. As far as putting the new one in, here is a trick I use for both seals and bearing buddies: Position it, then lay a piece of 2X4 on it and hit the wood. Pops it right into place.
