Default Hows Lake O?

Wondering how lake o is looking going this saturday on new boat!...been a while since ive been on forums.

When I was there 4/23 it was crap. Only the monkey box was clear. Everyone including all the guides were only fishing that one spot.

Im new to lake o, do you have gps coordinates to the box? we just took the boat out and trolled around for alil bit wondering. Thanx (and any other helpful tips)

No I don't have any coordinates. It's somewhere between 5-10 miles east of Roland Martin's Marina on the south side of the lake. If you go down there and just follow the boats, I'm sure you'll get there. Just go follow the guides, that's where they take everyone, getting back is the problem. I've also been told there's a couple of places up on the northern part of the lake that are still decent, but have no idea where those are.

your best bet is the canals as far away from lake o as possible. I got bad feelings about the outcome of lake o but it ain't looking good. wonder how many trophy, state, and world record fish will die?

oh yeah, south florida LM catch rates are over 4 PER HOUR! Thats almost double the other Top 10 florida LM lakes. Are there any South Florida Guides on Here? Will be spending more time in South Florida and would love for somebody to take me DEEP into the backwaters without getting us lost. If any of yall know any, let me know.
