I have stayed for two weeks down there on vacation and fished every minute. Are you practicing once you get down there?

I have fish KY lake tournies for about 10 years, I 'd recommend Big Bear Creek and stay there, either hit the pea gravel along the points or go to the cuts an coves and crank, flip buck brush.
Chartruse spinner bait is good, they also have marked brush piles that running a rattletrap is good, If you go to Benton on the way to big bear there is a bass pro shop there that will give you good advise. Most coves in ky are bigger than the average lake up here in oHIo. |

Well I got some secret spots that I won't give away but some one of my best spots is a particular marina. Fish a dropshotted watermellon Zoom finese worm on 6lb line everywhere like points docks banks. I caught 300 bass in one week doing this and a 8lber of a favorite dock of mine.
