What is the hour in the day you have caught the most bass? I know different days, times of the year, etc. But a yearly average. Mine seem to be around 11 to 12 in the morning.

I can't give a good answer. I will say that I've had days where I was getting skunked all morning, and caught a NICE bass around 11am-1pm. That may have been the only bass of the day, but it has happened more than once or I wouldn't remember to keep throwing the baits after 7 or 8 hours LOL
