It's been one of those days where one little slipup I made a month ago just came to my attention and blindsided me. Wow, just wow. This hurts, alchol store here I come, unfortunately I don't think they'll have enough and the worse part, the problem will still be there in the morning. Never been this pissed/upset with myself before

Rob, would you happen to be in the Mortgage business? I don't need a loan LOL, but I worked in the business for about 4 years. Lot's of crap to put up with, but lots of money can be made also.

yeah, commercial mortgage broker. made the switch from residential last year, I probably shouldn't have quit doing residential but just got burnt out from the borrowers and realtors who know nothing. the people you deal with on commercial transactions seem to actually have a clue as to whats going on which means less headaches, but when you have them they seem 10 times bigger, gives me more time to fish as well.
