That police station probably has a constant flow of criminals into it so they don't even care what the people are doing in their picture Whether it be crying or pondering about the crime you just commited. That photographer probably works full time on the camera.

The girl crying was a picture taken by Zooker when he explained what had happened. He told her he was going to buy her a diamond ring , but in stoping to a tackle shop for directions , he seen they had his favorite Bassin' tackle on clearance sale.

Zooker, your a bad man, you should have bought her the ring.
