I have a 1996 Johnson and for some reason now it is hard to start when the boat has sitting for a couple of hours. Everymorning I took it out this weekend it took almost 10 to 15 minutes to start. What could the problem be?

that is odd because johnsons and everudes are the easyest outboard to pull start (IMO) it could be some thing to do with the cord coiler he had the same thing happen on our lawnmower so we replaced the recoiler and it fixed the problem
