Top Bass Fishing Lures..

I generally have had most of my success on various spinner baits down here in south florida....whether its in a canal or a lake...the spinner bait has worked the best for me. I'm trying to find a new lure like a hardbait minnow or something to try out...what might some of you guys recommend?

I'm familiar with the "chugbug" and wasnt all to impressed with that, I've also used a number of popper plugs from Rapala and tried the Zara Spook lures. What else out there works really well that is fairly easy to fish with?

How in the world can you dismiss the pure fish catching capabilities of the incredible, extraordinary Chug Bug?

I heard tell that tha chug bug wuz a class A bass catchen bait in So. Fla. And I also heard tell that tha devils horse wuz another goodun fur catchen them big ole mouthy bass on top water.

Topwater only? I love the Yozuri 3-d poppers, and you can never go wrong with a good white buzzbait.

doesnt have to be topwater...I'm actually looking for some sort of minnow lure like a rapala or something that maybe is just below the surface some with a steady retrieve....something like this maybe...anything?

jerk baits are good producers, if you like rapala, check out their X-rap, if you like detail and VERY good quality and don't mind spending $15-20 on a lure then look at the Lucky Craft Pointer.

Try shallow crankbait's, some of them go 6 inches under the surface. My buddy caught around 20 bass on one yesterday!

Mann's -1 crankbait is pretty easy to fish. And another good bait is a floating jerkbait would be my second choice for ya for hard baits. However I think a Fluke would be a better choice, and it's also easy to fish.
