Default Did I mention I like the Little George?

Took the new boat, the dog and all my gear to the decatur flats this afternoon to see how everything was working. It all did fine. But as it so happened, while I was taking this picture one of my best setups managed to fall out of the boat without me seeing it.

So I drug an area the size of a baseball infield with that little george until at last, after an hour or so I set the hook on the catch of the day;

All in all I'm happy, caught a few fish on the spinnerbait, let the dog run around the boat for a while which I know she enjoyed, and found out what the new boat does well and what needs work.

You aint the only one buddy. Earlier this year I was fishing with my dad. Hooked into a nice fish on a Paca Craw, while having a rod out with a shiner. Get the fish all done, pics taken etc(needed the net LOL) and look over and see my bobber. I go oh I forgot about my pole. Well it aint around. So I troll over to my bobber, grab it, and pull my rod up. No fish, but no shiner either? BTW, you said the moter wasn't running did you get it going? Glad you got out and caught a couple.

Well I said the motor hadn't been started - but I got it started pretty quickly. A little rough and when you do the throttle all the way it actually slows down a notch, but I guess I can understand why that would happen - and I'll give it a little seafoam next time out to try and take care of the roughness. All in all it was tolerable, uses more gas than my old boat though - and only about as fast.

Mine cost $350 for wiring and repairs when i got it. Then it only ran at half power half the time. Till I wired it correctly myself If it sat for a long time, mice can and will get to the wiring, don't know why, might want to go over it from battery to engine, and then in the engine.

What PhotoShopping If you mean the movie poster, that is authentic.
Just go to Google, select Images, and type in the title.
If you mean the avatar....EEEEK!

Real Movie! Really Freddy Bartholomew's face. Real! Really!

I mean it! No joke! For real! Yes!
(FlyRod collapses into a soggy heap of frustration...but a quite attractive and manly heap, nonetheless.)
